A qualified institutional buyer is seeking direct gold offtake agreements with producing gold mines capable of supplying consistent monthly quantities.

The buyer is focused on establishing long term supply relationships directly with mine operators, with transactions structured through recognized international settlement channels.

Buyer Profile

• Institutional grade buyer with established commodity trading infrastructure
• Settlement capability through major international financial centers
• Seeking long term supply relationships with producing mines

Required Monthly Supply

Minimum: 100 kilograms per month
Maximum: 2 metric tonnes per month

The buyer is prepared to engage in long term offtake arrangements with mines capable of demonstrating consistent production.

Supplier Requirements

Submissions will only be considered from:

• Direct producing gold mines
• Mine owners or authorized mine management
• Producers with verified production capability
• Operations able to demonstrate legal export capacity

Operations must be capable of delivering consistent monthly supply within the stated volume range.

This mandate is strictly intended for direct mine operators.

Submissions from the following parties will not be considered:

• Brokers
• Intermediaries
• Consultants
• Representatives without direct authorization from the producing mine

Only direct mine ownership or executive management should respond to this mandate.

Submission Process

Qualified producing mines may submit an initial expression of interest including:

• Name and location of the mine
• Monthly production capacity
• Ownership or operating company details
• Confirmation of export authorization
